Mrs. Annemarie Landry: Mentor
Annemarie Landry taught Shan piano for 8 years and Malak for 6 years. She herself has played the piano since she was 5 years old! As her daughter's Girl Scout leader, Ms. Landry taught the girls fun Broadway songs and would take them to area nursing homes where she would play the piano and they would sing. A couple of the moms asked if she gave piano lessons and her answer was," Well I can try!" So she began teaching piano lessons to 3 of her Girl Scouts 18 years ago. Ms. Landry is passionate about sharing her love of music and is exceptionally proud of her students who are taking THEIR love of music and creating Melodies of the Mind and spreading music to many corners of Virginia!
